2.0There was a weird smell in the halls and rooms and water pressure in shower was so low. The staff was extremely rude no one knows how to smile. Also the rooms are so small.

4.0Gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft, dass das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend war. Sehr nette Bedienung sowohl oben am Frühstücksbüffe als auch unten an der Rezeption. Enttäuschend fanden wir die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Die Fenster sind undicht, sodass man den ganzen Lärm auf der Straße gehört hat. Zudem hat der rechte Fahrstuhl den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert, was dazu geführt hat das wir immer in der Regel max. 10min auf den Fahrstuhl gewartet haben. ( Wir hatten immer ein Kinderwagen dabei) Erst am vor letzten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns auf ein anderen Fahrstuhl hingewiesen. Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Istanbul nicht mehr besuchen kommen.
