3.0− Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue buena. Para empezar, el hotel no cuenta con ascensor y nos asignaron una habitación en un segundo piso. Tuvimos que subir nuestras maletas pesadas por las escaleras sin recibir ningún tipo de ayuda. Además, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba. Lo reportamos en la madrugada y nos indicaron que lo iban a revisar, pero nunca ocurrió. Volvimos a notificarlo a la mañana siguiente y, nuevamente, no resolvieron el problema ni ofrecieron una solución alternativa o algún tipo de compensación por las molestias. La falta de atención y de seguimiento a una situación tan importante hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy incómoda. Lamentablemente, no recomendaría este hotel.
