6.0Very convenient location, very friendly staff but the room stunk especially in the morning due to the drains. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless in a pickle.

4.0The property is in a good area and easy to access as it’s close to the station. Our room had a really horrible smell to it which I think the staff were aware of as every-time we came back to our room the window was open and there was a automatic squirting air freshener that went off all through the night. The walls are very thin, we could hear people in the room next door talking at 5am as if they were stood right outside our door. The pipes make awful noises all night and you can hear the street noise very loudly as the glass is only single glazed.

6.0Very old and dated hotel. Ideally suited for Hyde Park hence why we used it. For a one night stop over where you are spending minimum time in the room it's ok. Bed and hot shower the basics of what you need.
