Exceptionally poor maintenance
1.0Location, rooftop bar and breakfast.
− Pool closed to children but no warning when booking. Rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything from the street, the elevators roaring up and down and even the water running. The elevators are bad, make you wait forever. Sticker in elevator shows last maintenance in 2022. Hairdryer clogged with dust. Stairs which are also for emergency use partially blocked by forniture. The gym is claustrophobic, with machines a few centimeters from each other and very low ceiling. Technogym equipment needs maintenance and is useless as it is. Reception doesn't greet you when walking in and out. Shower keeps changing temperature. Insufficient closets for clothes.
