2.0Due to strikes in Greece we were unable to make it in time … despite this solid reason the hotel couldn’t even move our dates !!!!! So disappointed and out of pocket!!!

2.0The hotel is on a very busy street and the noise does not stop the whole night. When I complained that I couldn't sleep the front desk staff argued with me and gave me such a hard time and then eventually gave me another room still at the front of the hotel by the street but a higher level. The noise was less but still kept waking me up. Worst night ever. Do not book this hotel if you want a restful night. It should be mandatory for hotels to notify customers of the noise level.
