− No consideration re an earlier check in. One pool closed. I was expecting a pool with a cafe or restaurant to it I clearly didn’t research well enough
Very enjoyable and fan family vacation.

− The price was little bit high.
Nice hotel with comfy beds but poor pool facilities when roof top pool not open.

− Roof top pool was out of order for full stay. Garden pool was very shady and suffered with lots of mosquitos. Larkhill terrace pool very nice but not advertised/ signed so took while to find it! Regret staying in Sentosa. Insufficient staff managing breakfast.

− The facility was dated, the outside was dirty with paint moldy and peeling. One the main reasons I booked was the rooftop infinity pool and we arrived to find it was closed foe maintenance the entire duration of our stay. This was very disappointing.

5.0The location is quaint, staff are generally polite.
− Service can be improved, operator service calls are very slow to pick up (or at all), room service response is slow especially food, please give at least 45-60 mins to order any food. In advance. I think the hotel has good staff but short handed for this price.
