− Odalar küçük dar fotoğraftaki modernlikden uzak ve pisdi.kahve makinesi arızalı idi hiç kullanamadık resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimizde kahve makinesini değiştirmedi bn anlamam dedi aşağı inip kahve içebilir dedi.berbat bir söylemi vardı.asansör son dakika arızalandı otel boyunca kullanamadık. Bavullar için hiç kimse bize yardımcı olmadı.Oysa ki mesaj atmışlardı yardımcı olacaklardı kimse ilgilenmedi.Otel kahvaltısı inanılmaz kötüydü hiçbir çeşit yoktu her gün sabah resmen aç kaldık.asansör yerine her gün merdiven kullandık. Otel odası dolabı çok dardı odaya sığamadık kullanışsız ve bakımsız bir odaydı. Verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını alamadık resimlerde göründüğünden çok farklı ucuz 3 yıldızlı bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum şiddetle kınıyorum !!!!!

5.0− Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay, but we decided to leave before completing our second day. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with no elevator, despite traveling with young children. Climbing five flights of stairs several times a day with young children was extremely inconvenient. This information should be clearly be disclosed before guests book their stay.
