Great service, comfortable stay, and only a few minor issues to improve.
9.0La bienvenida fue excelente y el personal fue muy amable. Nos ayudaron con el check in anticipado, lo cual agradecemos mucho. En general, todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo. Durante el día había obras de renovación dentro del hotel, por lo que se escuchaba algo de ruido. Además, el techo de placas de yeso frente a los ascensores necesita reparación y una nueva capa de pintura, ya que es una zona visible para los huéspedes y no da una buena impresión. Aparte de esos pequeños detalles, todo fue excelente. Muchas gracias.
