10.0Very friendly staff, very helpful. We didn't know we would need tickets / admission for the fireworks, and the reception tried to get some for us for at least 15 min. Good location with a few min walk to the Piazza San Marco
− Breakfast was not the best, but still good. You can ask for scrambled Egos freshly made, we didn't know that the first morning
