10.0The service was top notch, I liked Staff, they were very kind and polite to us. This is a huge + The room was clean, everything we needed was available. There were no bathrobes, but that's not critical. If you are a fan of large space, get bigger rooms. We had a standard room and so the square footage was small. By the way, the building itself was built in the 17-18 century.
