It was the worst experience for me and for my family, I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone
3.0The hotel in a good location, still under renovation so the work was in progress while we are at the hotel so it was very noisy and dusty
− The staff are awful, unprofessional, and impolite, they are not cooperative and not friendly at all The rooms were not ready till 3 pm very late for check in. and air conditioner was not working in several rooms

8.0Un grand merci pour votre accueil ! Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est très bien passé durant notre séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, les installations sont impeccables et d'une propreté irréprochable. C'était très agréable de résider chez vous.
− Cependant, nous tenons à vous signaler un point particulièrement décevant. Ce matin, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. Lorsque nous l'avons indiqué à la réception, nous avons fait face à une indifférence totale de la part du personnel, sans la moindre excuse ni geste de leur part. C'est dommage de finir sur une note aussi négative face à un tel manque de considération.
