Very disappointed with this hotel. Stayed after being recommended by a friend but it would seem it has gone very downhill in standards since she stayed. Requested and paid for extra bed. Confirmed at reception on arrival. Got to room no extra bed. It was brought up but after having to prove we had a booked and paid for it, despite being confirmed on check in. Main bedroom had a leak from bathroom, large wet patch on carpet. Reported this first day no action taken. Reported again a couple of days later, a heater was bought up to dry out carpet - the heater over loaded and burnt the socket - serious safety concerns. Half the sockets in the room werent working anyway and this was also worrying. At no point were we offered to change room. Leak not fixed. We did get back a small compensation payment eventually after some stressful negotiation. Such a shame because this hotel is in an ideal location. The pool is nice and most of the staff were helpful. Although a little run down the apartment would have been ideal if there hadn’t been such glaring safety issues with the leak and plug sockets. After this experience I will avoid Radisson hotels.

eview I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Residence, Dubai Marina, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to shopping and the waterfront. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The pool and overall facilities were well-maintained and added to the pleasant stay. The service truly stood out. The housekeeping staff were extremely polite, respectful, and kept the room spotless every day. A special mention to Ramesh, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and always welcoming. He went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Arpan, the receptionist, for his professionalism and smooth check-in and check-out process. His friendly attitude made a great first impression. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Residences Dubai Marina for anyone looking for comfort and excellent hospitality.

A wonderful stay in Dubai – highly recommended

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The standout for me was the staff , everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. In particular, Ramesh Kumar, Jona, Churamani, and Eliza were exceptionally helpful and made a real difference to our stay. Eliza was especially pleasant, warm, and professional, and always made time to assist with a smile. The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained throughout. The location was also very convenient for getting around Dubai especially to Marina and JBR walk. Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent service. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

This hotel exceeded all expectations and made our stay truly memorable. Our room was quiet, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with excellent bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff deserve special praise—always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions while still feeling relaxing.
