− Far location from metro. The hotel is quite old with the poor facilities (in fact, ít is in renovation progress). The room space is limited same as other hotels in Singapore. There are also not many things (restaurant, convenient shops) surrounding

6.0Spent two nights here, and it was just OK. Weird decorations and theme. Not the newest or fanciest place either. A lot is going on around it, so it should only be under future pressure to improve it's looks. You can walk through neighboring park to get to Chinatown...uphill though! We had four of us in one room which was a bit cramped, but teenage boys are teenage boys. It was certainly not a bad place, but the pictures might be a bit deceiving, but what hotel doesn't only show their best possible pics? If it fits your budget, go for it, but don't expect to be wowed. It was just OK. And the breakfast buffet looked pretty good actually. But not a "western" breakfast at all. You are in Singapore remember...

Services are good. They always clean our room, give drinking bottled water, and clean towels.

− The hotel, particularly the toilet, doesn't have an exhaust fan, and there's moulds.
