The location of the property was excellent, very close to the Sagrada Familia. There is a metro station and bus stop nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. There are plenty of supermarkets and food shops in the surrounding area. The apartment is also surrounded by small cafés, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to find places for dining, shopping, and everyday needs. The communication with the agency was good; however, after working hours it was not possible to contact them directly, and the only option was to call the support center by phone. The agency representative was always polite, understanding, and helpful. They addressed the issues with the digital key quickly and efficiently whenever assistance was needed.

− We used the digital key option because collecting the physical keys required going to a specific address, and the keys also had to be returned to the same address after check-out. Unfortunately, the digital key system did not function properly from the beginning of our stay. We used three different mobile phones to access the digital keys, but one or two of them were constantly not working. During the last three days of our stay, none of the three devices were able to access the keys. The most disappointing part was the support service provided to resolve the issue. We were required to make a phone call, which resulted in additional roaming charges, and the conversation lasted for more than an hour without providing a practical solution. Eventually, someone had to come in person to resolve the problem. It is also inconvenient that there is no option to contact support via WhatsApp or Viber, which would have been a much more accessible and cost-effective solution for international guests. Overall, the digital key system and the support process caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our stay, and we believe this issue should be improved to provide guests with a more reliable and efficient experience. The second issue was the excessive noise from the street, which could be clearly heard in both the bedroom and the living room. The sound insulation of the windows facing the street was extremely poor, resulting in significant noise disturbance. As a result, it was very difficult to sleep and get proper rest during our stay.
