10.0The location was so convenient to the water taxi/ water bus port! The staff was very helpful and recommended local restaurants for meals! They man the reception area 24 hours a day. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

10.0The room are clean. Staff, from front desk to room service are excellent and attentive to our need and very helpful. The hotel gives you a sense of nostalgia, and yet the bathroom are updated with towel rack dryer. The best part, it is 5 minutes from St. MARK Plaza, St. Mark Basillica, Doge Palace, and the water taxi, gondola dock. Center to everything, food and shopping.
