6.0The good - breakfast selection, the bar and cocktails and bar staff. The bad- the air con is poor, the rooms were not cool enough and took a long time to get slightly cool. There were 2 toasters at breakfast and half of both them were broken (just fix or replace them, you could have a new toaster delivered next day?!). The hotel is noisy, I had a room next to the elevators and there was a clunking noise frequently. The hotel was 'fine' overall but I wouldn't stay here again.
