9.0L'accueil du personnel et son accompagnement pour le transfert de nos bagages. Les accessoires mis a disposition par l'hôtel. La présence de lave linge de distributeur de glaçons. La station de métro a proximité. La présence du centre commercial a proximité et de plusieurs restaurants.

− Since my family got itchy and felt some sort of allergic reactions during the stay, there must be mites or dust problems (either from the bed or the a/c) in the room. Rooms may need better sanitizing. Bathroom smelled like mold or old water stain, so it also needs better cleaning.
