Not so good
2.0No cookies offered at all. No fridge in the room. And they don’t have one to give us. There was no bath mat in the room, only one washcloth and two towels. We are Diamond members, but there is no special treatment for sure. I asked for bottles of water at the front desk and she wanted to know if I wanted the $3 ones or the ones from the store. It’s a very disappointing hotel. I would not return.

10.0The place was great. But noticed soon several issues with the room. Light blocking shade was gone. Toilet running, TV needed to replaced and fridge was missing. Igor and Lobonny were OUTSTANDING!!!! These guys on the maintenance staff jumped everything. Very professional, hard working, polite and quick. Nowhere is perfect but what did erases and reluctance to again. Kudos to the staff. Great job!!!! This DoubleTree is lucky to have employees that care.

La chambre était propre et confortable, et le service de ménage était fait tous les jours avec des serviettes propres. Le personnel était accueillant et attentionné. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !
− Le seul point à améliorer concerne les bouteilles d'eau. Une seule bouteille d'eau offerte pour une chambre de quatre personnes pendant un séjour de quatre jours est insuffisante. Ce serait un petit geste très apprécié d'en fournir davantage.

10.0I want to give a huge shoutout to Osbaldo for his exceptional service during our stay at the Hilton at Chelsea. My son and I have been hitting the city hard this week, so coming back to a room where everything just works is key. While the rooms are on the smaller side compared to most Hiltons, they are spotlessly clean, and you simply cannot beat the location for getting to everything in Manhattan. When our original refrigerator broke down, Osbaldo handled it seamlessly and had a new one sent up to our room right away. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. He even followed up with us when we were coming back to see if we needed anything else, proving he goes above and beyond for the guests.
