Perfect location for a quick stay in London.
9.0The location is fabulous, easy walk with suitcases from Paddington. Great parks for kids in walking distance. Beds were comfy, bathroom was new so very clean. Staff were amazing. They were so friendly and not bothered by being woken up at 6am to store our suitcases before check-in. Downsides: Hot basement room, top bunk bed unsafe, floors not cleaned.
− Downsides (as mentioned above): Room was in the basement, so it was hot and needed another fan so all of us could get air. The top bunk bed was unsafe due to the mattress as high as the guard rail - we put the mattress on the floor each night. Cleaners were rushed and didn't sweep or mop the floors and one bed had no blanket - the rest of the room was clean. Only 3 mugs and cups for a family of 5 and one teaspoon. All hotels in London were seriously overpriced, so I guess being the cheapest of the lot, it was value for money, but still ridiculously priced.
