10.0I had such a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris. The place is beautiful, and everything felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. My room key was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, which made everything so easy. I also really appreciated the little welcome message they left for me in my own language and the little gifts—that was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again!
