8.0Lovely, quiet hotel with really kind and helpful staff. Great for a tourist only using the hotel to sleep and shower before going out for the day - very well connected travel wise and close to the Seine. Had a late flight when leaving and the staff were able to keep my suitcase until the evening so I didn’t have to worry about any of those ones for hire in the city.
Nice for a solo traveler
10.0Great for a solo traveler. Everything is very practical and tidy. Location is central and right next to République and Temple metro stops. One thing is you have to leave the key at the reception every time you step out, but it's a good way to get to know the friendly staff.
Great value for low frills
8.0If you're stuck in Paris for any reason and looking for a comfortable, charming spot to lay low, this is definitely a decent choice. Located a stone's throw from Place de la Republique, the hotel is close to multiple metro lines and is located in an area with plenty to do. While the hotel itself may be a little outdated in its furnishings, the building still has its charm, and the staff is extremely pleasant. I always came back to a clean room, and there was plenty of space for my things. All in all, a good stay.

8.0Perfect for a one-night stay. My brother and I got a twin room, and the twin beds are teeny, but again, it was a one night stay. It's old-fashioned but very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location near the Place de la République, the Marais, Canal St. Martin, etc.
