6.0The rooms were ok but my room lacked tea making facilities which my friends room had the receptionist said that the other room was an upgrade - the rooms were the same so it was a poor excuse.

6.0When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled horrible. The bathroom smelled very sour and pungent like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. I never request to change rooms when I travel but I felt it was necessary this time. The room was also a lot smaller than expected with no soap or anything in the bathroom. Luckily the receptionist was able to help me switch rooms and it was much better. The new room was a little bigger and perfectly clean. I think the price of the room was a little higher than the value but I guess it was about average for the area.
