− El trato recibido por el personal. Mi tía se tropezó con una bolsa de la limpieza y se hizo una pequeña brecha en el ojo. No ofrecieron ayuda queriendo eludir responsabilidades y haciéndole firmar un documento que no decía la verdad. Documento que evidentemente no firmó. Mi madre no hablaba inglés y se reían de ella. Me pareció una falta de respeto. Pienso que un hotel debería tener a personas que al menos hablen algo de español. Cuando vienen ingleses a España nosotros les hablamos en inglés.
