9.0The situation of the hotel is excellent, just 100 mts from the metro and within easy walking distance of shops and La Rambla. The staff were excellent, helpful and fun, especially José, who could not have been more helpful in helping organize my family group. Thank you so much

− Small room without a proper window. And air condition which was to cold

2.0The only positive thing about the room was the shower.
− When we arrived at the room, there was no soap, shampoo, or other toiletries. We had to request them, and they were only provided after we asked. The room had only one window, and it faced an interior air shaft, so there was virtually no natural light at all. Although our room was cleaned, the towels were not replaced. When I called the front desk, I was told, “They should have been changed. Why do you need new ones?” I had to explain that they had not been replaced, which I found quite frustrating and unprofessional. Every morning around 8:00–9:00 a.m., we were woken up by construction noise. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.
