5.0The kids were happy with the pool.
− No one on the reception talked good in English.We forgot one of the kids swimming trunks in the pool area and they even didn’t understand when we asked about it.Also the walls were so thin that we couldn’t sleep at all.The doors were not covering all the space from the top to the floor.Also we asked on the reception to call an uber to the air port at the morning and because of the poor English of the lady of the reception the taxi driver took us to a totally different location.We travelled 30min to the wrong direction and we almost missed our flight.You can imagine the stress with too small kids.Also we saw that the restaurant staff packed some breakfast for the Spanish guests because of the early flight but no one proposed the option to us.I do not recommend this place especially for foreign tourists!

7.0The property was clean and the staff were really lovely, very accommodating and welcoming. Every little thing we needed they provided
− The photos were a bit misleading, the pool area looked much bigger in the photos, the rooms were basic compared to the rest of the hotel. The hotel was on a hill which if you’re going out you will be climbing it twice a day and in the heat it’s a lot so it would have been helpful to know this in advance.
