9.0I arrived at the hotel before my room was ready. They kindly stored my luggage and gave me great suggestions on what to do until check-in. The hotel is in a fantastic location, extremely clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
− There isn't really anything negative to say. The only minor detail is that you need to take two elevators to reach some of the rooms, which I found a bit confusing at first.
Good to know
The Ambassade Hotel will reserve an amount on your credit card equivalent to 1 night to guarantee the reservation. This amount will be shown on your credit card statement. Only if a nonrefundable reservation is made, the charges shall be done immediately by the hotel.
The credit card must be presented at check-in with a valid I.D. and belong to the guest who is checking in.
