7.0This hotel is currently going through an important renovation, which we did not know at the time of booking (as I don't think it was scheduled). The hotel staff communicated the potential impact of the renos to us and when there was an issue in our room related to the water they were in the process of fixing, Murial the lovely woman at the front desk took the issue seriously and then offered without prompting a discount for our night's stay. She was very kind and the service was professional. The hotel had a lovely rooftop deck, which would have been amazing if we'd had more time and if the weather wasn't so hot! The hotel also offered complimentary drinks (coffees/teas/juice/ filtered water) at all times. We arrived early with lots of luggage and we were welcomed and our luggage was securely stored.
