Beautiful property in an excellent location
8.0The location of the property was excellent and the room was very cute. The croissants and juice in the morning were a nice start to the day and the staff was exceptional.
− The only negative I have is that there was no air conditioning or ventilation in the bathroom so when the door was closed to take showers or use the facilities, it got scorchingly hot very fast. You would finish your shower and ten minutes later feel like you needed another one.

− Lots of steps and very small lift. We traveled w extra cases due to a month long stay and wedding to attend. Also a few big doors to go through. But felt safe.

− Problemy w Wi-Fi. O 9:00 już praktycznie nic nie było na śniadanie. Na naszą trójkę został jeden rogalik.

− Bigger shower head wouldn’t turn on. Breakfast was right outside our room so we could hear every little thing. Front desk was right outside our room so it was weird

10.0L’endroit etait magnifique. Proche de tous pour pouvoir visiter Rome a pied. Quelques inconvénients que j ai constaté etaient qu il n y a pas beaucoup de prises électriques a porter de main et un frigo prive dans la chambre pour pouvoir ramener ses boissons. Sinon l endroit est tres calme, familial, petit dejeuner copieux aur place. Je recommande vivement .

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00.
On the 27th of July 2023, there will be some sort of renovation going on in the room named "Superior Double Room with Terrace - Annex". Therefore, due to this reason the check-in has to be done from 9am to 3pm, or from 8pm to 12am. The check-ins won't be allowed between 3pm and 8pm. In addition, if the clients shows up after 8pm, there won't be any penalty applied at their arrival.
