8.0Very convenient hotel, pleasant rooms, car parking behind the hotel, good breakfast with excellent service. Boris bikes very close by.

6.0Not having a fixed air conditioner unit allowed excessive noise into the room, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast was good and reception helpful.

8.0The location of this hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Earl’s Court tine station and a 15 minute walk to the Natural History and V &A Museums. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London.
