Good value base to explore Venice
7.0We chose this hotel based on its location to the station and water bus to airport. Room was exceptionally clean but this is a no frills hotel. Bed, bathroom, air conditioning but no bar, no breakfast facilities etc. Receptionist was friendly and communication was excellent. It is located along the canal with a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops. Was a good base from which to explore Venice from.

10.0The room exceeded our expectations. It was lovely. Our room was upgraded when it was found out it was our 55 anniversary. Beautiful room with a wonderful view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect!
− The stairs were a challenge as Linda broke her foot the second day. (But didn’t find out till after we left).

10.0Perfect location just a few minutes by walk from Venice train station with easy access to water bus station going to the tourist attractions and Murano Island. The room is very cozy and clean, also the air conditioning is plus point during hot season in July and August. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel.
