10.0Ydinkeskustassa oleva erittäin hyväkuntoinen huoneisto. Kaikki toimi ja oli puhdasta. Hyvä sänky makuuhuoneessa ja toimiva keittiö jossa ruokapöytä ja tuolit. Olohuoneen sisustus vaatimaton, eli oli vain yksi vuodesohva ja TV, mutta ei edes pöytää. Eli aika ankea sisustus verrattuna kaikkeen muuhun.
