10.0Buffet breakfast was very good. Well prepared. However, for clients staying for more than 3 days it becomes redundant. It is the same food everyday

10.0The room itself was very modern, with twin beds, tea-making facilities, and a clever Bluetooth system that played music from speakers in both the room and bathroom — a great touch. The only downside was the sliding bathroom door, which was quite stiff and difficult to use

6.0Room and bathroom were clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very convenient. No iron or ironing board in the room, though; had to sign those out from the front desk. Staff was the usual mix: some very helpful, a few dismissive / a step above impolite.

8.0There were too many people at reception. The other staff were distracting the check in people because I think they were being trained? I don’t know but it took forever to check in and it was annoying! Their English was ok but too many people standing around doing nothing!
