− The only downside was one of the beds had bed bugs and a family member got bitten profusely. Staff were sorry but no compensation was made. Not sure if there should have been or not, as have never experienced bed bugs before!

Very simple facilites but useful and the location is amazing.

− When I arrived my room didn’t have water. I didn’t have any kind of refund yet due this issue. Me and boyfriend had to use a common bathroom - which was a mess - but I paid for private room. On the second day the problem was solved but like I said I still wait for any kind of compensation.
