− Chambre bruyante (car mal isolée et proche de earl's court station) et étouffante (pas de courant d'air possible, pas de climatisation, heureusement il y avait un ventilateur).

8.0Location of the hotel was perfect for us. Room was pleasant, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our room was ready early and we were able to leave our bags the day we checked out.
− Water pressure in the shower was poor. We were on the third floor and there were alot of stairs. There is no lift in the hotel.
