8.0We booked a twin room, but something went wrong and upon arrival we were given a double room. We mentioned it at the reception, and they solved the problem quickly, kindly, and helpfully. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is also an elevator, so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs. It is also well-connected for public transport, with a bus stop nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

10.0Location, room size, shower, bed. There was some renovations ongoing on corridors and stairs, but the room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
