Overall a pleasant stay.
7.0Impressed with size of room & bed options. Opening windows for fresh air & light. Clean towels & bed linen. Staff were helpful letting us leave our baggage before & after checkout.
− No bath mat or shower/shampoo products available for the shower. The person in the room above our basement room made a lot of noise on creaky floorboards & could hear them on the phone.

8.0The location was just right for us, near Victoria Station. We were able to leave our bags safely for some quick sightseeing. Quiet and we could open a window for cool air. Linens and room were quite clean. Nice hot water in shower.
− The room and bath were VERY small and basic, hot water kettle didn’t work. The price was really much too high for such a room.

− Chambre trop petite et lit minuscule, très inconfortable pour 2 personnes, Indigne pour un hôtel de ce prix. Salle de bain également trop petite, impossible de se doucher sans inonder le sol. Nous ne recommandons pas.
