6.0This small room had very few amenities like hooks for towels and things to store clothes and had zero shelves to put toiletries. Think long and hard before having two in this room. (#16 in the annex). Hotel has zero extra things and small lobby.

8.0Good hotel 10 min walk from the underground station. The room was clean but small. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Good stay overall.

6.0We stayed at the annex which was not in the same building. It was close by. Less than a one minute walk.We had to walk up over more than fifty stairs-No elevator- Accessibility is definitely an issue for the annex. Room was compact but had what we needed. It was very clean.

10.0The staff are very friendly, the room is nice and clean. The only downside is the bathroom, which is a bit too small, but I'm okay with it because it works and is clean.
