5.0Hotellet ligger i et rolig og trygt område. Kort vei til undergrunnsstasjonen.
− Svært små rom. Smal seng på dobbeltrom, ikke komfortabelt for to voksne. Lite mat på frokostbuffeten og svært begrenset utvalg. Smalt og trangt i gangene og trapper. Ikke spesielt hyggelig betjening.
Good location but disappointing hotel
4.0Great location in Earls Court.
− We were unable to check in using the automated check in machine. As such, we had to wait for the duty member of staff to come down, and a quarter of an hour ordeal involving being passed a telephone connected to a supervisor ensued. Ultimately, we were not even able to be issued with our key card (since apparently only the broken automated machine can do this out-of-hours, so we had to call the duty staff every time we wanted to re-enter our room to be let in with the master key). The room was dated and not in the best condition. Definitely an unfortunate Fawlty Towers vibe all round.
