10.0The property was clean and the staff were grest. Within a 5 min walk to train station and a 10 min walm from bus stop as flew in fro..paris to venice airport and took the bus from the airport. Tickets for the bus are available at a ticket wicket as you exit the airport. A lovely hotel and convenient.

6.0The room we stayed in was very run down with many items in disrepair or broken. Our door lead onto the kitchen area so we were woken early each morning by the staff preparing. The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful.

6.0I was on the ground floor room that faces the street. It can be a little noisy at times because people walk along the narrow street. Ok for a quick stay - location is wonderfully close to Venezia St Lucia station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
