10.0Perfect central location in the old town next to central train station with excellent connections to airport and other cities. Staff is excellent! Super friendly, 24/7 front desk, gave us bags with snacks upon leaving which was unexpected and very sweet of them. There is a coffee, tea and snack station. Rooms are comfy and clean, very well kept and have adjustable temperature.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
8.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent—just 2 mins walk to Amsterdam Central Station, making it very convenient to explore the city. We also really appreciated the complimentary refreshments offered when arriving at the hotel and again at check-out. It was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service, location, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.
− There are a few areas that could be improved. The room did not have a refrigerator, and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom was also quite small and felt a little cramped. The main issue was the noise . At night, we could hear sounds both from outside and inside the hotel. The soundproofing could be better, as we could hear water running from neighboring rooms and even creaking noises from the wooden structure, especially during the night.
