10.0La atención, la ubicación y todo ideal para pasar unos días en Roma. El sitio tiene lo que necesitas pata descansar y pasar unos días. Todo el tiempo están atentos si necesitas algo. Te dejan por la.mañana bollería típica en tu puerta y en el.fregobar dentro de la habitación productos gratis. Todo ideal. Muchas gracias!!!
Dissappointing

− When my travel day arrived, they contacted me on WhatsApp and told me that I had to meet them at a different address from the one listed on Booking.com. The receptionist claimed that staying at the 4-star Marta Inn was an “upgrade,” but then informed me that I would actually be staying in a different 3-star hotel. Instead of the hotel you see online, with the photos you book and pay for, they move you to a much lower-budget hotel. I made my reservation specifically for the 4-star Marta Inn, but they gave me a hotel that was far below the standard of Marta Inn. It was a huge disappointment. I had a reservation for two nights. I could only tolerate staying there for one night and checked out the next morning. However, I had no other option that evening, so I had to return to the hotel. They charged me an additional fee to stay again. Instead of receiving a refund for being moved to a much cheaper hotel, I ended up paying even more money. Although I had already paid for the second night of my original reservation, they charged me extra because I had checked out early. Misleading hotel name, misleading rooms, misleading prices. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
