10.0Perfect location in a quiet little alcove, yet near EVERYTHING! Charming and authentic decor, comfortable bed, quality bedding, spacious room, clean place. Mario and Esmeralda were lovely hosts.

10.0Staying in the heart of Venice, off the main tourist area, was perfect. Mario and Esmeralda were wonderful hosts, helpful in every way. The house is in a traditional Venice neighborhood. Our room had all new plumbing and was comfortable and charming. All of Venice is within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. We would definitely stay here again. Note: there is no elevator if stairs will be an issue. It wasn’t an issue for us.
