− Rossz környék, piszok, a lakásban esett szét a fürdőszoba ajtaja.

Location is good, close to everything. Good aircon. Staff are responsive and the luggage storage was handy.

− Unfortunately, the street the apartment is located on attracted lots of ‘unsavoury’ activity each night (right outside our window). Fine during the day but the activity from the night before always left quite a mess in front of the property the next day. The apartment is also pretty small, photos are a bit misleading. Bedroom was tiny.

Location is the only positive. Scary neighbourhood.

Location is the only positive.

− We arrived very late at night (around 2am). Couple of homeless people directly in front of the entrance, which I expected given the comments from the previous visitors but nor I nor my family felt comfortable with that. What I did not expect were a number of shady guys looking very unfriendly. My daughter was especially scared. Room was on the third floor and carrying heavy suitcases was not easy. Room was smaller than the pictures led us to believe. Inside, we found out that my daughter should sleep on the small couch which she could not fit. I made booking for three adults so I really don't know how a proper adult could sleep on that couch. Realizing that my daughter didn't have place to sleep and that she was very scared of the environment at night (and she would sometimes come back at night alone) we decided to leave and find a more suitable accomodation. I informed the owner the next day about our decision, he just said something along the lines of how he could not control the environment outside the appartment and that he considered I had cancelled the accomodation. Completely unacceptable if you ask me because he knows the environment, does nothing about it even though homeless and shady guys are sitting literally in front of the appartment's doorstep. So, I don't recommend this accomodation, especially not to families with children. On the other hand, if you are ok with homeless and shady guys in front of the entrance go ahead, location of the appartment is really good but that's the only positive.

− It was in a very unsafe and dirty location of Barcelona, also we had to go up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator, noone met us at the location to assist with luggage. Within the apartment itself, there were various things, the couch was filthy with stains, the shower was so small that eachtime you raised your arms to wash your hair, you accidentally turned on the hot water and burned yourself, but the most annoying one was the bathroom sliding door could not be closed.
