Everything was BAD!

− We booked this hotel for an elderly sick woman, but there was no clear information about accessibility or the lack of an elevator, even though we checked carefully. During the booking we requested a room on a lower floor, since she cannot climb stairs. However, when we arrived, we were given a room on the 4th floor and there was no elevator at all. We explained the situation to the staff, but they showed no interest, offered no help, and didn’t even try to find a solution. In the end, we had to leave and look for another hotel with the sick elderly lady. The hotel refused to refund our money, and after several emails explaining the situation, their only response was “we don’t refund money.” No apology, no understanding, no respect towards the elderly guest. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel. !!!!! I will add to this the hotel's response that we did not visit the hotel and we reported back 5 days later. How dare you lie. Prove it when you dare to lie. I have every single email and date on the matter and we also contacted booking.com on the same day, so prove your words and don't lie.!!!!

Frokosten var ok selv om den var servert på en tallerken. Rommet var romslig.

− Dårlig med renslighet. Fikk beskjed om at de vasker/bytter hver 3.dag Da vi kom fram var det hull i sengetøyet og . støvete I sengen. Ingen Frokostbuffé, kun servert i frokost på en tallerken. alt for trange og små trapper

Personalul a fost extrem de amabil mai ales ospătarul restaurantului care ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce aveam nevoie de la locul de parcare pana la recomandări de locații si unde sa gasim cele mai avantajoase lucruri

− Camera putea sa fie putin mai curata

Inadequate Breakfast and rude Hostess

I am a very frequent visitor to Istanbul and always stay in this area and similar range price/facilities hotels. Welcome host male was a good person throughout our stay, breakfast was absolutely inadequate compared to others hotels in this area. Hostess was quite rude aggressive and would eyeball, raise her voice and completely unaccommodating which ruined our experience. I have never put a bad review neither became annoyed of little issues but this one was an exception as just sitting for breakfast was a sour experience. Male host was reasonable and we did tipped him. We won't be visiting or staying at this establishment for sure. Overall not recommended unless you just want to crashing(sleeping) place on budget.
