It was nice until it wasn’t.
6.0Staff was nice and attentive while they were there. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was nice.
− There is no staff there between 23:00 and 8:00. The fire alarm went off at 1 am and no one could get ahold of the staff. I left early in the morning the next day, before staff had arrived. The power was out and we were locked in the building. Luckily, the staff office was unlocked where I found a door to the outside. The door was locked, but I was able to open the window and climb out of it. This was an extreme safety hazard and made me feel unsafe. We were also not told about the local tax beforehand, which could only be paid in euros.

Ok but a little disappointed. For the money.

− No Breakfast . They stop doing breakfast some time ago apparently but no word from them or booking.com despite reviews mentioning breakfast served on rooms and 3 pictures on the web site showing breakfasts . Also literature in room stating breakfast served between 8-10am. I feel I paid for something we don’t have. And would have chosen the Paganelli instead. Also only mirror in the bathroom . Needs mirror in bedroom on dressing table or full length mirror on wall. Not really a wardrobe either just an alcove with a curtain across, not shown this in photos. About deceiving.
