− Advertised 24/7 reception but no one was there when we arrived in the early afternoon. We had to pay for luggage storage nearby for the afternoon and return a few hours later. The reception area is not well signposted. When there were no staff around it's impossible to get into the building or even tell if you have the right one - nothing outside refers to the hotel name.

− Am fost cazați la Palma 2, la vreo 300 m de ce am văzut în poze și unde mai stătuse acum 2 ani. De aceasta data chiar dezastru. Miros de mucegai, praf pe noptiere, pe frigider. Asa ceva nu ar trebui sa funcționeze. Dezastru total. Cereți camere la Palmă 1 pe Via Varese, acolo e ceva mai deosebit. La Palma 2 e dezastru ecologic. Dacă nu plăteam înainte nu mai stăteam. Dezamăgire maxima
