10.0The front desk staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, my room was beautifully cleaned each day, and the neighborhood can't be beat - the restaurants and shops and points of interest are all there within blocks, and I spent hours exploring each day. I was at Ciutat de Barcelona for 5 nights/6 days, and would have loved to stay longer. I will definitely be back.
