6.0As far as we can tell the owner has made some changes over the past few years and completely removed breakfast all together, although it’s still called a “B&B”. Other than that it was good, nice quiet location and close to the water bus stop so easy to get around

8.0This place is comfortable and decent value for what you pay. Federica is a very caring host who allowed me to check in early and sent me activities to do on the island. I experienced issues with the air conditioning not working and lack of toiletries, but a good stay otherwise

6.0Struttura d’Epoca, manca un pò di cura, presenza e pulizia in più, nel complesso buona ed economica. Situata nella zona di Venezia che amo di più, quella autentica. Nelle vicinanze buoni ristoranti, colazione per me è la serra a Giardini.
