Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata grazie alla vicinanza della fermata della metropolitana Vittorio Emanuele, che permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Roma. La stanza era molto curata, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità della palazzina: nonostante la posizione centrale, non ho mai sentito rumori molesti e ho potuto riposare benissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ogni volta che li ho contattati si sono messi subito a disposizione, chiedendomi se avessi bisogno di qualcosa e facendomi sentire davvero accolto. Un dettaglio molto gradito è stata la colazione, che ogni mattina veniva lasciata puntualmente davanti alla porta della camera. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Roma, sia per turismo che per lavoro. È un posto che unisce comfort, pulizia, tranquillità e un’ospitalità davvero impeccabile. Quando tornerò a Roma, sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Good Budget Digs But Security Needs Addressing

Location and staff were very friendly and kind.

− Door to my room had been shoddily repaired, did not shut properly. Easily could have been forced without much effort. Also the main door to the building did not lock, again somebody did a very poor job 'fixing' it. The owner needs to fix those 2 problems, this is a rough neighborhood with any number of potential security problems roaming the streets looking for a warm place to flop at best. The room was tiny tiny. Otherwise I loved it, my kind of bargain and I don't mind the tradeoff of sketchy street scene for proximity to Termini and, well, everything. BUT SECURITY TRUMPS ALL for Gods sakes. Get those locks fixed! I would go back but I would not let my kids or female friends stay there alone, at least in the room I was in. This is in no way a reflection on the desk staff who were excellent.

Exceptional stay, lovely host and a great place

The property was very clean, it was spacious, and it had an aircon which was like a warm hug at the end of the hot day. The property was very close to the train station and main attractions, it was literally 15 minutes walk to the colosseum. The host was very lovely, she left a sweet treat outside my door every morning, she happily gave me recommendations of where to eat and she constantly checked on me to ask if I needed anything. I highly highly recommend this place

El personal muy simpatico. La ubicacion excelente, a 15min del Colisseo y a 3min de Roma Termini. La zona es medio picante de noche.

Fantastisch stedentripje naar het prachtige Rome met een verblijf in een geweldig appartement.

Het was werkelijk top. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was niet heel centraal maar voor ons prima. 1 km van Termini, 1 km van het Colosseum etc.. Het was super warm en dus kregen we elke dag 1 flesje water pp.. Ook was er elke ochtend een lekkere zoetigheid om de dag mee te beginnen. Ik zou dit appartement absoluut aanraden. Ook niet onbelangrijk het appartement had een zeer goed werkende airco.

− Ik kan niets negatiefs bedenken. Het was gewoon in 1 woord TOP!!
