Grand Concerto Hotel-not very grand!!
6.0Excellent early check in but rooms were very small, no drawers to put underwear etc in, no hook on a door to hang outdoor clothing and not enough hangers on the small wardrobe. Air conditioning was very good. Staff not at all friendly, some didn’t even speak when we said good morning and on check out didn’t say a word! Location was very good as only a 2 minute walk to Paddington station, plenty of shops and cafes in the area and a 5 minute walk to Hyde Park. To say the hotel has only just been refurbished there was an awful lot of dirty marks on the walls and one of our rooms overhead shower squirted sideways so hit you in the face when the door was open and went all over the floor.

10.0I have been staying in various hotels around Paddington for work and this is by far the best. The lobby was welcoming (and smelt nice!) and the room was super comfortable, bathroom was modern/clean. I will definitely stay here again.
